Schwimmfreunde Stühlingen e.V. is doing an admirable job for the region: for years, the association has been running the local outdoor pool entirely on its own and with a great deal of voluntary commitment. This has preserved an important place for leisure, sport and socializing, which is particularly invaluable for families and children.
A project like this thrives on participation and constant maintenance. As the previous wooden structure of the kiosk was in need of renovation after many years of use, we decided to support the swimming enthusiasts with the necessary redesign.
As part of our donation, the kiosk will be clad with new, robust composite panels. These not only offer modern protection against the weather, but will also be given a fresh, appealing look with a subsequent paint job. We are delighted that we can contribute to making the swimming pool even more attractive for the new season with our materials.
Voluntary commitment, as exemplified by the Schwimmfreunde Stühlingen, deserves great recognition. It ensures quality of life in our home town and strengthens the community.
