Supply air is the air that is introduced into a Cleanroom in order to achieve and maintain the required level of purity. The supply air is usually filtered to remove particles and microorganisms that could affect the quality of the products or processes in the Cleanroom. The supply air can also be tempered, humidified or dehumidified to create the desired climatic conditions in the Cleanroom.
