3 Cleanroom tents for the semiconductor industry

Like us, our customer UNISERS deals with the smallest particles. They use three ISO 7 cleanroom tents for a new technology for contamination control in chip production.

The Swiss start-up UNISERS AG has developed an innovative technology for detecting and characterizing contamination on wafers. With this new type of contamination control, chip manufacturers can identify previously undetectable particles and avoid failures. This sounds like a fascinating innovation that can save the semiconductor industry a lot of money.

With this special focus on tiny particles, it is not surprising that parts of UNISERS’ development also take place under cleanroom conditions. With three mobile CleanFlowCell standard tents, the young company achieves a production environment of cleanroom class ISO 7. The cleanroom tents were installed by two employees in self-assembly and easily connected to each other to form a larger unit. Equipped with castors, the cleanroom tents can be used flexibly.

Product information
The assembly of the standard CleanFlowCell worked well, as the description is easy to understand. If required, we would buy more cleanroom tents from SCHILLING ENGINEERING.
