The PS Group has invested in an ISO-certified Cleanroom ISO 6 in order to meet the extreme precision and cleanliness required for the development and manufacture of laser systems for the semiconductor industry. Under clean room conditions, the concentration of microparticles is so low that the highly sensitive processes can be carried out undisturbed.
The new Cleanroom CleanCell4.0 is equipped with large glass windows and practical roller shutters and is used for the production of high-precision wafer trimming systems.
