For our customer Hoerbiger Antriebstechnik Holding GmbH, we realized two modular cleanrooms of classes ISO 8 and ISO 9 in less than twelve weeks – from planning to handover ready for operation.
The ISO 9 area (42 m²) integrates a washing system with selective extraction via a filter fan unit (FFU). We increased the wall height in this segment to enable maintenance of the FFU from above.
The ISO 8 cleanroom (32 m²) is directly adjacent and enables the removal and vacuum packaging of washed parts. The cleanroom system is rounded off by a 15 m² personnel and material pass-trhough.
The self-supporting construction with varying wall heights, reinforced ceiling profiles and a glass control panel was efficiently prefabricated. A generous all-glass double door makes it easier to bring in machines and materials.
Thanks to modular construction, a high degree of prefabrication and close coordination with our customers, we were able to complete the assembly in record time and hand over the cleanrooms ready for operation on schedule.
