Cleanroom The new Cleanroomsystem Cleancell 4.0 from Schilling Engineering combines low-particle production with modern information technology. The intelligent system networks air conditioning technology, monitoring and on-site process systems. Sensor data can be used to set and monitor the control of components such as particle count, temperature, humidity and air pressure in the rooms. SmartDevices can be used to make settings from any location or via remote maintenance.
The enhanced system uses extremely energy-efficient clean air technology and, with an A+ rating, has far lower energy consumption than comparable cleanroom systems, according to the manufacturer. The combination of innovative air circulation technology, a high degree of tightness and low-maintenance components makes the cleanrooms very safe and efficient.
The recirculation process feeds the already cooled and filtered air back into the air exchange cycle. Filter performance and air conditioning technology can therefore be operated much more economically. Cleanroomsystem is now equipped with the option of integrated heat recovery, which significantly reduces energy consumption even further.
Another new feature is GMP-compliant LED lighting, which is integrated flush into the aluminum profiles of the ceiling. The lighting is dimmable and provides flexible and balanced illumination of the entire room.
High tightness of cleanrooms
The Cleancell 4.0 cleanroom system has a modular design. The wall elements of the cleanroom are connected with a silicone-free GMP-tight clip system. Now the ceiling panels with the integrated ULPA high-performance filters can also be constructed without silicone and connected using the clip system. This guarantees very high tightness of the cleanrooms, low particle emission and offers the advantage of flexible expansion or dismantling options.
