Flexibility meets functionality
With a special design of a mobile cleanroom tent with fixed walls, we have realized a customer’s wish to integrate power connections in a mobile cleanroom booth. The cabin can be used flexibly on castors at various locations within an existing cleanroom. Among other things, it is used for testing and packaging processes for sensitive components.
Technical features and equipment
The cleanroom booth meets the requirements of ISO class 7 at rest and is used within an ISO class 9 cleanroom. It creates a significantly higher level of cleanliness locally – for example at particularly sensitive production or testing stations.
The special version is characterized by the following features:
- Three fixed walls with integrated windows (instead of PVC curtains) enable the installation of a total of 12 sockets – four per wall. This makes it possible to operate test equipment, tools or other electrical components directly in the cleanroom tent. The windows allow visual contact with the outside and provide a good working atmosphere.
- Mobile design on castors allows quick and easy positioning at changing locations within the cleanroom.
