Schilling Engineering supplied two additional cleanroom tents as a kit for an expansion of production, which were set up by two employees of the Swiss company within one working day. As the AFM microscopes stand on heavy granite blocks to dampen vibrations, the tents were fitted with slatted curtains that can be easily pushed aside to make it easier to move the heavy equipment. Set up side by side, the tents form a clean working environment with two separate rooms. The flexible arrangement and expansion options were a decisive factor for Nanosurf when purchasing the mobile cleanroom tents from Schilling Engineering.
Precision microscopes in ISO 7 cleanroom tents
The Swiss company Nanosurf AG develops and produces atomic force microscopes (AFM), which are used for measurements in the nanometer range. To protect the high-tech devices from contamination during production, Nanosurf AG has already installed several CleanFlowCell cleanroom tents of cleanroom class ISO 7.
