When investing in a new cleanroom system, it often takes many months for planning and financing to be finalized. Even after the order has been placed, patience is still required. The engineering, production, assembly and qualification of cleanroom and air conditioning technology for customer-specific, complex cleanroom systems cannot be realized overnight.
But what if a quick solution needs to be found? Despite all forward-looking planning, there are production peaks and rush orders that have to be produced under cleanroom conditions. If cleanroom production under ISO-8 or a CNC Cleanroom is sufficient for some process steps, this work can be relocated temporarily or permanently to a simpler standard facility.
Schilling Engineering provides an example of a standardized CNC Cleanroom/Cleanroom with its CleanEasyCell modular system. The modular system consists of prefabricated wall and ceiling elements into which filter fan units, lights and windows are fitted. Thanks to its self-supporting construction, the cleanroom, which achieves ISO class 8, can be assembled according to the assembly instructions and put into operation immediately.
The elements are connected with plug-in connections that can be disconnected again non-destructively. This means that the cleanroom can be modularly expanded or dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere.
A 100 square meter ISO class 8 CleanEasyCell cleanroom has now gone into operation at Rohde & Schwarz Teisnach. The cleanroom microtechnology required there for The precise assembly and production processes require more space in order to meet the demanding requirements of cleanroom assembly and measurement technology.
