Schilling Engineering GmbH was awarded the prestigious “Top Job” employer seal on its first participation in “Top Job”, demonstrating its outstanding qualities as an employer.
The results of the employee survey show that Schilling is particularly committed to diversity and sustainability. Sustainable behavior among the workforce is actively encouraged and also demanded. In addition, employees are given individual development prospects at every stage of their lives, regardless of age, gender and origin. The company from Wutöschingen in Baden-Württemberg succeeds in retaining its employees in the long term through targeted measures and good talent management. This is also confirmed by the results of the recent “Top Job” analysis.
“The neutral and scientifically based employee survey by “Top Job” gave us an external view into the inner workings of our company. This has provided us with suggestions and topics to further improve our company and the way we work together. We are delighted to have received the “Top Job” seal at the first attempt and that our employees really enjoy working for us,” explains Gaby Schilling, Managing Director of Schilling Engineering.
Schilling Engineering GmbH plans and builds cleanroom systems and supports its customers in the development of an optimal cleanroom solution: In addition to cleanrooms, cleanroom tents and cleanrooms, the company’s range of services also includes the protection of individual workstations or machines and filter systems as well as accessories.
Employee feedback makes sense in times of crisis
Conducting employee surveys even in difficult times is a priority for the “Top Job” team. “Our studies show that even – and especially – in times of crisis, good employers should know what the working atmosphere is like in their company,” reports Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch, Head of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen. “After all, qualified feedback from employees is the basis for a strong, crisis-resilient corporate culture.”
The award-winning companies may now bear the “Top Job” seal for the next two years. All award-winning employers can be found at www.topjob.de.
