Advice & planning

We plan your Cleanroom! The success and efficiency of a cleanroom system is largely based on the quality of the planning in advance. Our specialist engineers know the specific requirements of the processes in Cleanroom and produce cleanroom-compatible and individual designs using state-of-the-art technology.

We would be happy to create the engineering for your cleanroom concept. We accompany your project from the basic evaluation and preliminary planning, through the design planning to the detailed planning. If you then carry out the implementation of your cleanroom with us, the costs of the planning will be taken into account.

Consulting - Preliminary planning - Engineering

3 steps to the Cleanroom

Consulting

Professional advice on cleanroom planning is crucial to ensure that all specific requirements and standards are met. We help you select the right materials and technologies to create an optimal cleanroom environment. With our expertise, we will find the most efficient and sustainable solution for you. If you have any initial questions, we will contact you directly for a free initial consultation.

Preliminary planning and feasibility study

Planning in advance of a cleanroom project is crucial to the success and cost of the project. As a cleanroom system consumes a lot of energy, the design of the cleanroom class and the size of the cleanroom should be as small as possible. We use our expertise to ask the right questions and work closely with our customers to develop a concept that meets the legal and operational requirements. In terms of size and layout, we design your Cleanroom according to our motto "as much as necessary - as little as possible".
  • Basic determination
  • Technical feasibility study
  • Realistic cost estimates
  • Legal regulations, standards and requirements
  • Required cleanroom classes and cleanroom size
  • Climatic necessities for an undisturbed process
  • Determine ventilation concepts
  • On-site conditions and requirements

Design planning

Once the preliminary planning has been completed, our engineers get to work on the technical design planning. With the detailed designs created, they can begin a functional tendering process, which includes the appropriate requirements (specifications) and enquire about suppliers. If you decide to commission the cleanroom system from us, parts of the planning will be offset against the costs.

FAQ

Advice & planning

A cleanroom consultation includes determining the basic requirements as well as a technical feasibility study. Realistic cost estimates are prepared and legal regulations, standards and required cleanroom classes are taken into account. We also analyze climatic conditions, ventilation concepts and on-site requirements to ensure an optimal solution for your Cleanroom.

The consultation required to prepare a quotation is free of charge. However, if you would like an independent consultation with an individual concept, for example for a second opinion or to set up your own system, we offer this service for a fee. We will be happy to inform you in advance about the costs and the estimated scope of the consultation.

Cleanroom planning includes design planning, in which initial concepts and requirements are defined. The economic and technical framework conditions are examined in the preliminary planning and the technical feasibility study. The planning also includes detailed technical drawings and layouts to ensure optimum implementation. The result is a tailor-made solution that meets your specific requirements.

The duration of a consultation or planning depends on the scope of the project. An initial concept with a guide price is usually produced within 2-3 weeks. If more detailed technical planning by our engineers is required, the turnaround time may vary depending on the project requirements. Our aim is to provide you with a sound and customized solution in an efficient time frame.

Consulting and planning are carried out by our experienced team of salespeople and engineers. While the sales staff record your requirements and develop initial solutions, the engineers take care of the technical implementation and feasibility check. This close cooperation ensures that your cleanroom system is optimally planned and tailored to your needs.

Consultation and planning are mostly carried out by telephone or in online meetings to enable quick and efficient coordination. If structural interfaces or possible collisions with the existing building need to be taken into account, an on-site appointment can be useful. In this way, we ensure that all technical requirements are optimally recorded and implemented.

A chargeable planning contract is not absolutely necessary, as many aspects are already clarified during the sales process. However, if more in-depth technical details, such as the ventilation scheme, are required, planning can be useful. In the case of a purchase, there is no need for separate chargeable planning, as this is included in the scope of the project.
