Grand Prix of the Mittelstand
The “Großer Preis des Mittelstandes” has been awarded by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation since 1994 and is considered one of the most prestigious awards for medium-sized companies in Germany. It recognizes companies that stand out for their economic strength, innovative power and social commitment.
The assessment is based on an extensive list of criteria, which includes economic development, service, regional roots and innovative capacity. The proposals come from third parties such as chambers or associations, which guarantees the independence of the selection process.
The multi-stage award is intended to highlight the importance of SMEs as the backbone of the German economy and the commitment of entrepreneurs and employees.

TOP JOB
The “TOP JOB” award is a prestigious award for companies that are characterized by outstanding employer quality. Since 2002, the prize has been awarded annually by the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH), based on a scientifically sound employee survey and an analysis of personnel management.
The focus is on aspects such as management culture, employee satisfaction, innovative strength and the design of modern working conditions. Companies that receive the award demonstrate their attractiveness as an employer and their ability to attract and retain talent in the long term.
TOP JOB” emphasizes the importance of a positive corporate culture that not only promotes economic success, but also focuses on the well-being of employees.

Employer of the future
The “Employer of the Future” seal of approval is awarded by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind) under the direction of Ines Woermann. It recognizes companies that are economically successful, employee-friendly and digitally progressive.
To receive the award, companies must undergo a structured assessment process that evaluates digital, innovative and modern aspects. The analysis includes social listening, digital touchpoints, self-disclosure and employee and customer feedback on public platforms.
The aim is to provide a balanced and objective assessment based on a wide range of data points. The financially independent seal stands out from other awards thanks to its comprehensive review process.

Economic magnet
The “Economic Magnet” is an award for companies that impress with their economic strength, innovative ability and social responsibility. The aim is to emphasize the attractiveness of the award-winning companies as employers and business partners.
The evaluation process covers aspects such as sustainable corporate management, economic stability and employee and customer satisfaction. Data and feedback are analyzed in order to obtain a holistic picture of the organizations.
The seal emphasizes the central role of these companies for the economy and highlights their commitment to long-term success and social responsibility.

LEA SME Award
The LEA SME Award (“Performance – Commitment – Recognition”) is awarded annually by Caritas and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism. It recognizes medium-sized companies that stand out for their outstanding social and societal commitment.
The focus is on companies that take responsibility for their region, for example through sustainable projects, support for social initiatives or the promotion of their employees. The assessment is based on criteria such as creativity, sustainability and the effectiveness of the commitment.
The LEA SME Award emphasizes the importance of SMEs for society and highlights their contribution to a solidary and sustainable economic system.
