“The Wutöschingen-based company SCHILLING ENGINEERING expanded its management team in May: Since then, Gaby (left) and Ute Schilling (both 31), the twin daughters of founder Günther Schilling (63), have been part of the management team alongside their father. The company announced this in October. They are expected to ensure a successful succession, and a smooth transition is planned. Ute Schilling is now responsible for technical project management, while Gaby Schilling oversees financial control. Both have completed a combined master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and have gained practical experience at various companies. Founded in 1998 by Günther Schilling, the company states that it has been one of the leading companies in the field of cleanroom technology in German-speaking countries for over 20 years. It employs 72 people.”
