At the festive connection of the 28th competition for the most important German business award "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes 2022" in Bonn, there was great joy when the three managing directors of Schilling Engineering GmbH were asked to take the stage. The Oskar Patzelt Foundation selected the family-owned company from Wutöschingen from 4,546 companies nominated nationwide and awarded it the Badge of Honour for several years of convincing performance.
The special award recognises the innovative strength, sustainability and social commitment of Schilling Engineering, which, as a full-range supplier of cleanroom systems, focuses on the high energy efficiency of its products and sustainable production.
The Oskar Patzelt Foundation actively promotes small and medium-sized businesses and their recognition as the backbone of society. In his welcoming speech, the initiator and founder of the foundation, Dr. Helfried Schmidt, emphasised that all entrepreneurs must receive applause and encouragement on a daily basis: "Especially in the current corona crisis, mutual appreciation and motivation for those who secure jobs and training positions, taxes and duties and their regions on a daily basis must not be forgotten."
