Initial pressure difference

The initial pressure difference ΔpA for filters is the pressure difference that occurs at a new, unpolluted filter when a certain volume flow passes through. It depends on the design of the filter element and the filter fineness as well as on the viscosity and the size of the volume flow passing through.
